Hypnosis and Self Hypnosis, simply put, is a heightened state of relaxation that enables you to utilize a focused state of concentration.
Hypnosis is a natural human ability and state of mind that humans cycle in and out of all day long. Each time you deeply focus your attention, you are entering a level of Hypnosis. For example, when you are watching a movie that you are deeply involved in, driving the same, familiar route while contemplating your day or consumed with what is next on your agenda, when you are listening to music that invokes special memories these are all excellent examples of how we enter a level of Hypnosis many times each day.
Hypnosis and Self Hypnosis allows us to quiet our often over stimulated conscious mind activity and enables us to experience a greater depth of focus and attention.
A common misconception regarding Hypnosis is that it must involve the surrendering of mind, control and secrets. In actuality, you always have full control during a Motivational Hypnosis session. In fact, we always follow your own determined goal and agenda.
Your complimentary consultation appointment gives us the opportunity to discuss the nature of your goals in detail in order to have full understanding of what you would like to accomplish and the changes you wish to implement. Once we have clearly established your goal(s) your session will be created specifically for you. Even clients with common goals (ie. 'managing stress', 'increasing focus' or 'enhancing their golf game') are driven by unique personality traits, habits and belief systems. For that reason I prefer to create your session specifically designed for your personal goals.
During your Hypnosis appointment, you will relax in a comfortable reclining chair and are verbally guided using various relaxation & visualization techniques to help you calm your conscious mind activity which results in a deep relaxation for your physical body ... Every time!!
It is through our subconscious that we have the ability to 'anchor in' positive changes, habits and behavior patterns. Replacing the old with the new. In order to succeed at our goals we must engage and utilize our subconscious and align ourselves with the changes we desire on a conscious level of mind (will power).
